Oslo Maraton is Oslos fastest growing and most popular runningevents. In 2010 the arrangement had 16 000 registreted runners from all over the world. The racedays is the 24´th and 25´th of September, devided in 5 different distances. Minimaraton for kids, 3 km, 10 km, 21 km and full Marathon (42 km). The start, goal and arena for the event is locaded at the Akershus Festning wich has a very sentral location in Oslo City. The trail follows the coastline with a view over the Oslofjord. The runners will also pass the famous Karl Johan street, The Castle and the priceawarded operahouse. The planning and organisation of the event is active all year round and increase the closer it get´s to September. Fokus Bank Oslo Maraton is a great event that involves the total city and it´s people. Working with Oslo Maraton is a perfect way to associate relations and create new networks. It will give you a perfect balanse of experience the atmosphere, meeting new people and collect good memories. You will gain unique experiences and event expertise from a major event.
